La Costa began with a simple conviction: the best coastal cooking starts at the dock, not the stove. Every morning, our team meets the boats, selects the catch, and builds the day's menu around what the water gives us.

We cook the coast as it is — vivid, generous, unhurried.

The result is a dining room that feels both elevated and familiar, where Latin-inflected flavors meet pristine seafood in dishes meant to be shared slowly, preferably with a view of the water.

Chef Alejandra Vega

Raised between Cartagena and Miami, Chef Vega brings two decades of coastal cooking to La Costa. Her menus balance precision with generosity — refined technique applied to bold, sun-driven flavors.

Before La Costa, she cooked at waterfront kitchens across the Caribbean and South Florida, always returning to the same principle: let the ingredient lead.
